Meet Scott R. Brann

After graduating from Ball State University, Mr. Brann received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1981. He is proud to be board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law.

Admitted to The Bar

Mr. Brann is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and is authorized to practice in Texas trial and appellate courts. He is also licensed in Florida and by the United States Supreme Court. He is authorized to practice in the U. S. Court of Federal Claims and the U. S. District Courts serving the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
